Agape Feeding Center in Kenya Celebrates Its Third Year!

Please enjoy this update from our feeding center in Agape, Kenya that your support of Touch A Life helps to run!

Dear Sponsor,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support of the feeding program. On behalf of the entire Agape Baptist Church family, please accept our heartfelt gratitude. We do not have enough words to express how thankful we are. May the Lord bless you, prosper the work of your hands, and continue to guide you in all that you do.

Through this support, many families and children have benefited from this program. We are grateful to see the Lord steadily increasing the number of children attending the program. Also, we continue to witness lives being transformed for eternity. Every Sunday, children are making decisions to surrender their lives to Jesus Christ. We give all glory to God for these wonderful testimonies.

It is our prayer that God will continue to use this program to touch many lives. We also pray that, in His own time, more feeding centers will be established so that even more children and families can be reached with both physical food and the Gospel. We praise the Lord that at least five families have joined our church as a result of the feeding program.

One child who has particularly benefited from this ministry is Bonface Gichuru. Bonface comes from a very poor and vulnerable family, and the feeding program at the church has been a blessing to him. Since joining us, he has faithfully attended Sunday school and has never missed a class. He is among many children whose lives have been changed through this program.

Bonface’s parents have also been a great blessing to the church and the feeding program. His mother helps prepare the food and remains behind to clean the utensils after the children have eaten. Their sacrifice shows how the ministry is not only reaching children but also strengthening families and building relationships within the church community.

We request your prayers that many more children will come to know the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour. Please pray that this feeding program will continue and focus on the Gospel, bringing glory to God in everything we do. As the Bible reminds us – “Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.” – 1 Cor 10:31

We also request your prayers for the unity of the Body of Christ as Kenya approaches the 2027 General Elections. Our politics can be very divisive, and at times these divisions find their way into the church. Please pray that Christians will remain united in Christ and loving one another. Above all, please pray that whatever happens in the coming days and years, many souls will be saved.

Finally, we do not take your generosity for granted. Your partnership is making a big difference in the lives of children, families, and the community.

May the good Lord richly bless you, keep you, and prosper the work of your hands.

In His Service,
Rev. Cosmas Atita
